How do I restore my purchase?

Open Redline, go to Settings (tap the gear icon), then tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any active subscriptions or previous purchases linked to your Apple ID or Google account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store, not through Redline directly.

  • iPhone/iPad: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Redline > Cancel
  • Android: Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Redline > Cancel

Are my contracts private?

Text extraction from photos and PDFs runs on your device. To analyze a contract, the extracted text is sent over HTTPS to a third-party AI provider, which returns the analysis and does not retain the text for training. We do not store your contracts on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What if Redline misses something in my contract?

Redline is an AI tool, not a lawyer. It helps you spot potential risks and understand contract language, but it may miss clauses or mischaracterize terms. Always consult a licensed attorney for important legal decisions.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not by us directly.
