How do I restore my purchase?

Open Redline, go to Settings (tap the gear icon), then tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any active subscriptions or previous purchases linked to your Apple ID or Google account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store, not through Redline directly.

Are my contracts private?

Yes. All contract analysis runs on your device by default. Your contracts are never sent to our servers. The app works in Airplane Mode. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What if Redline misses something in my contract?

Redline is an AI tool, not a lawyer. It helps you spot potential risks and understand contract language, but it may miss clauses or mischaracterize terms. Always consult a licensed attorney for important legal decisions.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not by us directly.
