These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Redline, an AI-powered contract scanning application published by AK-Labz ("we", "us", "our"). By using Redline, you agree to these Terms.
Redline uses artificial intelligence to analyze contracts and provide plain-English summaries of their terms, clauses, and potential risks. The app processes contracts on your device by default, with optional cloud-powered features available on paid tiers.
Redline is an informational tool, not a law firm, lawyer, or substitute for professional legal advice. The analysis provided by Redline is generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
You should not rely on Redline to:

You must be at least 13 years old to use Redline. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Redline offers three paid tiers:
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings.
Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. Price changes do not affect active subscription periods.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
You retain all rights to contracts and documents you scan with Redline. We do not claim any ownership or license over your content.
Text extraction from photos and PDFs runs on your device. When you analyze a contract, the extracted text is transmitted to a third-party AI provider solely to generate your analysis and is not retained by the provider for model training. See our Privacy Policy for details on the current provider and data handling.
You agree not to:
Redline, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by AK-Labz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the app as intended.
Redline is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the AI analysis will be accurate, complete, or error-free. AI-generated analysis may miss clauses, mischaracterize risks, or produce incorrect summaries.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AK-Labz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of Redline.
Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for Redline in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that Redline is not a substitute for legal counsel and that you bear sole responsibility for decisions made based on its output.
You may stop using Redline at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases. Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
